Website Terms
These terms govern use of the AppUpside website and participation inquiries for the early access program.
1. Pre-release information
AppUpside is under development. Website descriptions, interface previews, code samples, modules, roadmap items and availability statements are illustrative and may change. They do not constitute a commitment to deliver a particular feature or release date.
2. Revenue estimates
Calculator outputs and other economic examples are directional planning estimates only. They are not financial advice, forecasts, guarantees or promises of revenue. Actual outcomes depend on audience, geography, demand, product design, implementation and third-party platforms.
3. Early access
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or access. Any design-partner engagement, SDK use, commercial terms, data-processing terms or service levels will require a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use AppUpside materials to violate user rights or platform policies.
5. Intellectual property
The AppUpside name, website design, copy, code examples and related materials are owned by or licensed to AppUpside. You may evaluate the public materials for internal business purposes, but may not reproduce or present them as your own product.
6. Third-party services
The website may reference app stores, advertising networks, payment systems or other third parties. AppUpside does not control their services, policies or availability, and references do not imply endorsement or approval.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppUpside disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on website materials.
