This policy explains how the early-stage AppUpside project handles information submitted through this website. It covers the website and early access program, not a future production SDK.
1. Information we collect
When you apply for early access, we collect the information you provide: work email, app or store URL, approximate monthly active users, platform, current monetization setup and modules of interest.
Our hosting infrastructure may process basic technical information needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information and error logs.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to review product fit, prepare a suggested monetization approach, contact you about AppUpside, operate the early access program, protect the website and improve the product.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a business relationship, and for legitimate interests such as responding to inquiries, securing the service and developing AppUpside.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers that help us operate the website and database, or disclosed when required by law. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this site.
5. Retention
Early access submissions may be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal purposes or you ask us to delete the information earlier.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. You may also withdraw consent for future communications.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as AppUpside develops. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
